  • December 2000 Songgang Sub-factory was established in Bitoucun Third Industrial Zone, Songgang, Shenzhen, with an area of 145 ,000m.

  • November 2002 HL COPR (Shenzhen) Ltd. purchased Taicang Xinlong Cycle Parts Co., Ltd., which is established in 2001 and occupying 60,000 square meters.

  • December 2003 HL CORP. (SHENZHEN) was established and listed after having been re-organized with the stock system.

  • March 2005 the company merged American HL CORP. to make it orient into the market business in America .
  • March 2006 HL Corp (Shenzhen) purchased and established HL Corp ( U.S.A. ), in charge of all sales activities in the North/South American markets.
